Last weekend you might have been a spectator of Paris Marathon if by any chance you occured to be in the French capital with about 57000 runners from all over the world going for 42 km! But if you’re not a professional athlete or a daily runner there is some other alternative for you too and this is one another thing why I love Paris so much!
It’s called Color’run and it’s being held since couple of years now (first Color’run took place in USA in 2012) in partnership with Sephora and sponsored with many other brands. The objectif is to run 5 km through color foam (made from the flour I guess) crossing each of these four “gateways” where you are litterary being showered with the colorful powder (1 color per passage as shown above).
Why? This is called the happiest 5km of the Planet because it is so much fun. Indeed, it was a healthy and funny athmosphere gathering happy and joyful people making a course and having fun while getting those bursts of color throws all over the body.
First we had to suscribe to be added on the list of participants. Once the confirmation received they kept us informed about the rules and giving us the approaching countdown. Each of us had a kit with T-shirt, glasses and some other accessories that we had to put on. The idea of a possible costume show-off made me go creative and customize my outfit. So I thought of a tutu skirt – a rose tutu skirt the idea of which seduced my team girls and we decided to wear it all and come closer to our team name “Vesna” (“spring” in Russian) though atfer watching the pictures I think we should have called ourselves “Swan Lake chics” 🙂
Music, dances, photographers, a lot of colors and a concert right in the middle of Trocadéro in front of the Eiffel Tower…all this and a lot of “happy faces” as I called it yesterday were available in Paris. Not mentioning THE amazing chance of running in the middle of parisian streets or even in the tunnel as if we owned the city. I think we did.
Many thanks to my friends for talking me into this and for the perfect company. See you here next year, ballerinas 🙂
If you think that I was dressed up like this because I was going to a party, you’re wrong. I mean surely I could, but not this time. Here is a simple example of a Sunday outfit to go and grab some coffee with your friends and still be fashion but not too overdressed for the occasion. To be honest, I bought this H&M black lace dress couple of years ago and wore it twice, until now. It’s girlie, sassy and stylish as any “little black dress”. I matched it with my new Calzedonia tights and NineWest purse. As I said, not overdressed but good to go for a walk with my girls on a Sunday afternoon.
Tell me what do you think about it!

The fashion week is over and the Women’s Day is also behind us. The rare spring sunshines are heating the city. Everyone is trying to benefit from every single hour in the sun either by walking around the streets of traditional neighbourhood of Marais, or reading a novel sitting on the benches in Jardin du Luxembourg, or strolling in Jardin de Tuilleries hand by hand with their beloved ones along with the serenade of excited doves. When the clouds disappear from the grey sky of Paris, everyone tries to absorb the vitamin D and appreciates highly the moment.
In my case that would be the Sunday shooting as a duty. With these spring hot and cold days I was inspired by the Eiffel Tower. I’m going to make three posts with the Eiffel Tower behind me and I want you to tell me which of these shootings you liked the most.
Well, the first outfit is my favorite one as it’s composed of my fetish color – the rose (if you remember I’m a big lover of different shades of the rose). I didn’t want it to look kitsch though, that’s why I put on my off-white coat with golden engraved buttons. I feel like a queen in this coat to be honest. My velour boots, gold chain strap purse and THE rose scarf added a very gentle and feminine touch to this early spring trendy outfit.
…to be continued. Next edition coming soon.
The Fashion Week has started! Let’s talk about “La petite robe noire”, this classic key element of our dressing which will always emphasize our femininity. You put it when you go to a cocktail or afterwork party, when you want to seduce or make an impression with your fine and charming style. Whenever you need to mask some body imperfections or highlight your flawless silhouette, this little black dress will make you elegant if you let it. Whether you wear it with high heel pumps or thick sole boots as in my case below, it will transform with you and adapt to your style.
Don’t forget the accessories! I was trying to make an elegant rock cocktail with this dress when I decided to wear this outfit for the shooting. The lilac fur jacket knitted by my mom was the perfect match to add some color and chic touch and it’s definitely trendy this way!
In other words, I invite you to have a look in your dressing and bring that little black dress out (cause I know that you all have it!) and make some funny, sassy and chic combinations cause after the Fashion Week it’s the Women’s Day and let’s be honest, we have to rock it!

The stripped black & white top is a must in every girl’s dressing as it’s one of those pieces which never gets old or out of date. It’s a classic like the “little black dress”. But what can really change is the way how would you wear it today. Jeans, leggings, shorts, skirt…hundreds of combinations. I like it because it’s simple to match with and it’s like a lifesaver for me when I’m in a hurry with no time to think about and there I can go for this option which will always be stylish. One of my favorite combinations with this stripped black&white top is a fancy Asos stripped skirt which is explosing the whole look with its bright blue color. I’m wearing Asos beige boots with transparent heels which were the star of this season. What is your favorite match with the stripped black & white top?

Hi everybody! I celebrated my birthday couple of weeks ago and got this brilliant idea to make a shooting with my birthday outfit. Let me introduce you these simple and available for everybody pieces which rendered this look so sexy.
Dress – got it from New Look. But if you are going to look for the same dress you need to know that I customized it by removing the large straps on both shoulders. It’s more comfortable and sexier this way.
Knee tights – One of the best purchases from Asos. I’ve been wearing the knee high socks since I was in 5th grade. But having them with the tights is the best invention ever simply because they don’t go down!
Boots from Asos that I got last year are probably one of the fanciest ones in my dressing. Multicolor with high heels, they add a little bit of rock to my look.
Accessories – I’m wearing H&M choker.
Check below the link as well as the address of the studio where I had the shooting.
See you soon!

Last Saturday there was a special operation called “Paris qui sauve” / “Paris who saves” in Paris organized by Paris City Hall in collaboration with French Red Cross. During the whole day in each city hall you could find basic trainings for first aid where the Red Cross volunteers shared all the necessary information for emergencies during two hours and for which you had to suscribe in advance to get in the list.
We can be confronted in every day life to different emergencies in the street, transport, work, at home and at every single spot where there are people. This can happen to a stranger, a friend or to your family and this is really important to know how to react correctly and effectively to help someone in need or even save his life. What number you have to dial? How to be efficient on the phone when giving the information to the emergency assistance? How to know if the person is still breathing? How to make a cardiac massage? All these questions are emerging in our mind and may lose time in panic not knowing what to do. This is why it is vital to know the responses.
At the end of the training everybody got a certificate of participation signed by the Mayor of Paris, Anne Hidalgo.
A special thank you to these guys from the French Red Cross who did a great job with us!
Here are some trainings that can be found in Paris:
-IRR (Initiation à la Réduction des Risques)
-AMD (Appeler – Masser – Défibriller), Urgence Cardiaque
-IPS (Initiation aux Premiers Secours)
-PSC1 (Prévention et Secours Civiques de niveau 1)

If you are following me and my daily outfit posts then you should guess that I’ve been into tulle clothes this winter. And what is curious about this is that I really LOVE how I find different combinations to match. Let’s take this pull with a Trouble Maker written on it and the tulle skirt both from Bershka. A little bit of rock&sassiness by adding a black choker (H&M), red Dior lipstick and the NineWest purse with a golden chain strap and of course the boots! These velour boots are my favorite ones from Asos. The color is changing depending on the light, they are actually bordeau but as you see on the pictures they turn into pink, violet and this is why I like them. If you’re a real fashionista you must have a pair of velour shoes for this season! Tell me what do you think about this outfit! How would you match a tulle skirt? Share you pictures! See you 🙂

Always loyal to my dear Syuzi who has now been doing my hair for almost 3 years, I did not lose the chance to take another appointment with her when I was staying for a short week during New Year holidays in Armenia.
Going from brunette to blonde can be a high challenge and a big change for certain girls. Either you have to be hundred percent sure of what you want and go ahead with your determined idea of going blonde or you have to do it step by step like I do.
You must be also aware that this might cause damage to your hair so a lot of precautions must be taken. But the very important of all is the person who you trust your precious hair to. So before making such a big change just make sure that your hairdresser understands what you want, is experienced enough and that you have a good feeling with him/her.
This way every time I go blonder but it’s not shocking, on the contrary, I like the new me and look forward to see what is Syuzi going to do with my hair next time! Well, normally I must be going back for my brother’s wedding this summer or early autumn so I have enough time to enjoy my new haircut and to find a new look to prepare!
